My child missed picture day. Do you have retakes?

Fall Picture Day

Almost all schools will have a retake day scheduled.

For specific details about your school's retake day, please Create a ticket.

• If your child misses original picture day, their name will be added to the non-photographed list. This list is provided to the photographers on retake day so we can ensure we do not miss any students at the school.
• If your child had their picture taken on original picture day but would like to have their photo retaken on retake day.
  • Please let your child's homeroom teacher know, you would like your child to attend the retake day.
  • Our photographers will take any student's picture that is sent to the photography stations.
• If your child is having their photo retaken but they had already ordered and received prints from the original picture day.
  • Have your child bring the prints with them to school on retake day.
  • Hand the prints to the photographer taking the retake photos. 
  • We will replace any packages that are returned in the retake day with the retake image.
  • If your forget to return the prints on retake day you can ship the prints to our office with a note inside explaining the prints are being returned in exchange for the retake image.
• If your child misses both the first picture day and retake day, you can schedule an in-studio retake at our office. Please Create a ticket to schedule an in-studio retake.

Spring Picture Day

Unfortunately, we do not offer retakes/makeup day for our Spring session.
